How to merge PDF files without uploading them

Merge multiple PDF files in the browser without sending them to a server. Use this workflow for reports, invoices, application packets, and document bundles.

Use PDF merge when you need one clean file from several source PDFs. This is the fastest path for reports, invoices, proposal appendices, or scanned pages that should travel together.

Open tool: Merge PDF

Best for

  • Combining invoices, statements, or receipts into one PDF
  • Sending one attachment instead of several separate files
  • Preparing a single file for archive, print, or review

How to do it

  1. Open the Merge PDF tool and add the files you want in the final document.
  2. Check the file order. Move items until the pages appear in the sequence you need.
  3. Run the merge and download the combined PDF.
  4. If the final file is still too large, open the Compress PDF tool next.

Common questions

Does merging change the original files?

No. The tool generates a new combined PDF and leaves the source files untouched.

What should I do if the pages are in the wrong order?

Reorder the file list before running the merge, or use the Reorder PDF Pages tool afterward.
