How to reorder PDF pages before sending
Change PDF page order when sections are out of sequence, scans were combined incorrectly, or attachments need a new reading order.
Reorder pages when the document content is correct but the reading sequence is wrong. This is common after merging scans or assembling appendices.
Best for
- Fixing out-of-order scans or annexes
- Rearranging report sections before review
- Moving signature or summary pages to the front
How to do it
- Open Reorder PDF Pages and load the document.
- Enter the new page order or rearrange the pages using the available controls.
- Run the reorder action and download the updated PDF.
- If needed, remove extra pages or merge more documents afterward.
Common questions
Can I reorder only part of the document?
Yes. You can move just the pages that need a new position without changing the rest.
Should I reorder before or after merging?
Usually after merging, because then you can finalize the complete document sequence once.
